I found this pictures on google todays and one of it from a forum, whatever this is not the real kakashi face but so far it looks so realistic. Or may be it is real? You make the decision but anyway this pictures may give you some ideas or answer a little bit of your question about the real kakashi face. The question about real kakashi face also already published on one of the anime series and the answer just behind the mask just another mask. sometime there are characters who just stay what they are.
Anyway maybe someday the mask will "unmask". I hope
